St. Patrick’s Day Surprise Mocktail 

Your patrons will love this St. Patrick’s Day green mocktail that comes with a surprising burst of grapefruit flavor with every sip.


- 2 parts grapefruit juice

- 1 part sparkling water

- ¼ lime

- 1 drop green food coloring

- crushed ice

- ice cubes

- 1 sugar packet (optional)


- Fill shaker with ice cubes, grapefruit juice, and sparkling water

- Squeeze lime juice into shaker and add green food coloring

- Shake vigorously until well combined

- Pour into glass filled with crushed ice

- Garnish as desired

Fizzing Irishman 

A fun, fizzy, Irish-themed drink for St. Paddy’s Day. Refreshing citrus mixed with chilled sparkling water will keep your patrons feeling both festive and refreshed.


- Juice of 1 fresh lime

- Juice of 1 fresh lemon

- 2 to 3 Tbsp. powdered sugar

- Cracked ice

- Sparkling water


- In a cocktail shaker, squeeze lemon and lime juice over cracked ice.

- Add powdered sugar.

- Shake well.

- Strain into a tall glass ½ filled with sparkling water.

- Garnish with a curl of lime rind.

Non-Alcoholic Irish Rose

Your patrons can spend St. Patrick’s Day sober with this simple, whiskey-free version of the traditional Irish Rose cocktail.


- 1 ounce of lemon juice

- 1 ounce of cherry juice (or grenadine)

Sparkling Cucumber Limeade

Limeade is the perfect ingredient for making green St. Patrick’s Day mocktails. This sparkling limeade is infused with mint and cucumber to make the beverage even greener and more festive. If your bartenders are true mixologists, they will love wowing customers with the lime and mint-infused syrup. This recipe makes enough limeade for a large pitcher – a great, shareable mocktail! 

Ingredients (Serves 4 to 6 people)

- 1 cup sugar

- 1 tablespoon lime zest

- 1 cup water

- ¼ cup fresh mint leaves

- 1 cup lime juice

- 1 medium English cucumber, halved and thinly sliced

- 2 cups chilled sparkling water


- Combine sugar, lime zest, and water in a medium saucepan over medium heat.

- Bring to a simmer, stirring constantly, until sugar is dissolved.

- Remove from heat, stir in mint leaves. Let infuse for 30 minutes.

- Strain lime syrup through fine mesh sieve.

- Combine syrup with lime juice and cucumber.

- Refrigerate for one hour.

- When ready to serve, add chilled sparkling water. Serve in glasses filled with ice.
