Workplace Wellness: 5 Easy Ways to Drink More Water at Work

It’s no secret that drinking water provides several healthy benefits. Since our bodies are made of roughly 60 percent water, we can suffer from dehydration if we don’t get enough H2O. But as we go about our busy work days, it can get difficult to remember to drink more water.
