The B5U provides chilled still and chilled sparkling water through a separate two-tap tower, with a recommended system output of 35 L/hr. Chilled water is served at 36–40°F. The B5U does not include an ambient-water option.
How is the B5U different from the B5?
Both offer 35 L/hr. recommended system output and chilled still and chilled sparkling water. The B5 is an all-in-one countertop format. The B5U separates the dispensing tower from the main unit, which is installed beneath the counter.
Can the B5U go inside a cabinet?
The B5U is designed for undercounter installation, but the cabinet must provide the specified ventilation, clearances, and service access. Allow space for the upright filter assembly and CO₂ supply, too. Confirm the complete layout with Natura before finalizing cabinetry.
What needs to be ready before installation?
You’ll need suitable water and electrical supplies, food-grade CO₂, space for the unit and filter assembly, and a prepared opening for the two-tap tower. Review the undercounter pre-installation checklist (opens in a new tab) with your project team. Complete the required drilling and plumbing before installation; Natura technicians do not drill the tower opening.
Can I lease the B5U instead of purchasing it?
Yes. The B5U is part of Natura’s leasing program. Visit Natura leasing to explore the program, or request a quote for your location and requirements. Confirm availability and applicable terms with Natura.
What warranty and support are available?
Newly purchased Natura systems include a one-year full parts and labor warranty. Natura provides nationwide sales and service. For help with your system or current warranty terms, call 877-302-8638.
