  • What is sparkling water?

Filtered sparkling water, or seltzer water, is made of just two ingredients: still water and carbon dioxide. When plain water meets carbon dioxide, it becomes carbonated or “sparkling.” Because of its simplicity and pure, clean taste, you will find that sparkling water can be just as refreshing as still water -- but often, more enjoyable due to its effervescence. Our systems provide sparkling water on demand!

  • How does a sparkling water system work?

Sparkling water machines dispense carbonated water on demand by mixing carbon dioxide with still, filtered water. For more information click here!

  • What type of filtration does Natura use?

Natura uses ANSI-53 spec’d filters. The highest grade filters on the market.

  • How often do I need to change my filters?

We recommend changing your filters twice a year, based on usage. Need help replacing your filters? Click here or call (877) 302-8638.

  • How often do I need to change my C02 tank?

How long your C02 lasts will vary based on factors including usage, and the level of carbonation selected. Click here for more information.

  • Can I install a Natura system myself?

You can, but we thoroughly recommend allowing our certified installation specialists to perform the installation as self-installation will void the warranty.

  • What does the warranty cover?

All systems installed by Natura come with a 1-year limited warranty outlined below...

If Client has purchased a new System, Company represents and warrants to Client that the System will be free from significant defects in material and workmanship for the earlier of 12 months from the date of first installation or 14 months from the date of this Agreement (the “Warranty Period”). During the Warranty Period, Natura Water, LLC will repair the System, or, at Company’s sole option, replace any part of the System (up to a full System replacement) which proves to be inoperative due to defect in material or workmanship under normal use. Company will, through its authorized service personnel, provide labor and parts necessary to correct such inoperative condition at no charge to Client if the System has been installed by authorized service personnel and operated per instructions. Company makes no representation or warranty whatsoever with respect to Systems that are not new when purchased. All warranties are void with respect to, and Company has no obligation to repair, replace, or service: (a) any System not purchased (or containing parts not purchased) directly from Company or its authorized agents for use in the United States; (b) any System or part, including without limitation the sealed refrigeration or carbonation system, that has been installed, repaired, serviced, altered, or combined with any other system or device by anyone other than Company’s authorized service personnel; (c) any System for which the affixed serial number is removed, defaced, or altered; or (d) any System damaged or inoperative for any reason other than a defect in material or workmanship under normal use, including damage or failure to operate properly due to theft, abuse, vandalism, misuse, misapplication, corrosion, poor water quality, insufficient water pressure, improper installation or operation by Client contrary to written instructions provided with the System, acts of God, flood, fire, earthquake, explosion, pandemic, or any party’s negligent or willful acts or omissions. Company makes no warranty or representation with respect to, and has no obligation to repair or replace, any part of the filtration apparatus (except the UV apparatus, where applicable), any CO2 or CO2 canister, or any water components that become inoperative due to lining conditions.
