BELLA CASCATA WARRANTY

This warranty (“Warranty”) is provided by Natura Water LLC (“Natura”) for the Bella Cascata water system (the “Product”). References to “you” or “your” means the user that purchased the Product directly from Natura or its authorized representative.

Limited Warranty

Natura warrants to the original purchaser of the Product that the Product will be free of defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase. Please retain proof of purchase of the Product in order to provide proof of the date when the Product was purchased. This Warranty applies only to Products that were purchased directly from Natura or an authorized reseller of the Product. In the event that the Product was not purchased directly from Natura or an authorized reseller, Natura reserves the right to reject any warranty claim. This Warranty only applies to Products that were originally sold as new Products and not for Products that were sold as refurbished, demonstration, or open-box Products.

To File A Claim

If the Product is defective, please contact Service@NaturaWater.com. In Natura’s sole discretion, it may (i) ship replacement parts and repair instructions directly to you; (ii) repair your Product; or (iii) replace your Product with a product that is at least functionally equivalent to the Product. In the case of the repair or replacement of the Product, it is your responsibility to arrange the return of your Product, at your expense.

Exclusions

This Warranty does not cover (i) replacement filters or maintenance parts; and (ii) any labor charges you incur, including but not limited to, the installation of the Product, maintenance, and/or warranty repair of the Product. In the event Natura sends you a replacement part under this Warranty, it will be your responsibility to hire and pay for a qualified technician to install the replacement part. This Warranty does not cover defects of the Product due to tampering or misuse, failure to properly maintain the Product, scaling from water hardness or minerals, or improper installation of plumbing to the Product. Nor does this Warranty cover cosmetic damages caused by the user or other third parties.

Limitation of Incidental and Consequential Damages

Natura will not be responsible for any incidental or consequential damages as a result of a defect with the Product or failure to comply with this Warranty. Incidental or consequential damages include, but are not limited to: loss of use / time, loss of revenue, inconvenience, damage to personal or real property (e.g. water-damaged counters or flooring), commercial losses, or other such losses.

Your Responsibilities

This Warranty is effective so long as the Product is installed in accordance with the installation instructions provided. You are responsible for maintenance of the Product as set forth in this owner’s manual. This Warranty will be invalidated in the event of neglect, improper maintenance, abuse, modification, or alteration of the Product.

State Laws

This Warranty gives you specific rights; you may also have other rights which vary from state to state. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above may not apply to you. No other warranty or guarantee is made by Natura. Any implied warranty of merchantability is limited to the duration of this Warranty and disclaimed after the warranty period. Natura expressly disclaims any implied warranty of fitness for a particular purpose. This Warranty is offered to the first purchaser and is not valid for subsequent purchasers and owners.
